Checking in on my phone was super simple, took barely any time. Boarding moved along quickly too, and the gate staff were friendly and kept everyone organized. No issues on my end — I’d fly with Swoop again.

At first, booking was smooth and I was like, okay, this is simple enough. Then the price changed once and I was suddenly annoyed for a second. But whatever, it still went through fine and I ended up booking without any real issues.

Support got back to me quickly and helped fix the issue with my seat. The wait was a bit longer than I’d hoped, but overall they handled it well

For the price, I don’t really know what people expect. It was cheap, it got me where I needed to go, and that was pretty much all I was looking for. Nothing fancy, but totally fine for a quick trip.

My flight ended up delayed, and then another trip got cancelled too, which felt like the kind of thing someone probably saw coming before the rest of us did. It was annoying sitting there trying to figure out what was happening, but Swoop did email quickly and the app already had the new options showing.
I picked a later flight without having to chase anyone down, which I appreciated. The airport staff stayed calm as well, even though the whole situation could’ve been handled a bit more upfront. The timing definitely wasn’t ideal, but in the end they dealt with it better than I expected.

The seats were actually comfy for the most part, though I wouldn’t say they were amazing. Legroom felt decent overall, but somehow still a little cramped at times. Not bad, not great, just fine

The baggage fees were super clear when I booked, so there were no weird surprises at check-in! My checked bag came out quickly and was in good shape. Staff handled everything just fine, and overall it was a really easy trip :)

I booked my flight on flyswoop.com and it was straightforward. The pages seemed to load quickly, and it was fairly easy to compare dates and prices. I also didn’t really have trouble finding the baggage info, which I was kind of expecting to be annoying. Checkout went smoothly too. Overall, it was easier than I thought it would be.

I expected the refund process to be a bit of a pain, but it was straightforward. I got my money back faster than I thought I would, and there wasn’t any hassle along the way.
